Lead Qualifier

  • Meet the volume of cold calls per shift as per the set KPIs.
  • Meet the quality standards set as per the SOP.
  • Meet the targeted KPIs as set by the direct manager.
  • Interact with other sales, marketing, and project delivery staff to collaboratively determine customer needs
  • Respond to requests from customers as needed courteously and professionally.

 

Administrative 

  • Preparing, organizing and storing information in paper and digital form.
  • Dealing with queries on the phone and by email.
  • Taking minutes at meetings.
  • Typing up letters and reports.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Liaising with staff in other departments, finance and HR.
  • Conduct data entry and Updating database.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information.
  • Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days.
  • Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
  • Registration forms. 

 Fluent in English (Writing & Speaking)Ability to work well under pressure.Target-oriented and positive attitudeProspecting & objection-handling skillsInside/telephone sales experience.Strong communication skills.A minimum of 1 year in a professional selling role.Ability to work individually and in a team. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in MS Office.
