- Create Supply Chain Department and guide others to enhance the operations.
- Reviewing and updating supply chain practices in line with company policies, standards, laws and regulations
- Implement effective procurement strategies and negotiating terms and prices with suppliers and maintain cost-effective practices.

- Identifying and minimizing risk by predicting the demand for products and adopting new technology with no interruption to the process.
- Implementing logistic strategies, tracking goods from the organization point to the warehouse.
