Inside Sales Executive

As an Inside Sales Executive at Mashura Consultants, you will play a key role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships with potential clients across diverse markets, including Egypt and the Gulf region, with a specific focus on KSA & UAE.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound lead generation activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling, to identify and engage potential clients interested in our software products and ERP solutions.
  • Qualify leads and prospects through strategic questioning and active listening, assessing their needs, challenges, and buying intent to determine their suitability as potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities, tracking all interactions and activities in CRM software to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted lead generation campaigns and strategies, leveraging content, events, and other resources to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly, providing timely and relevant information about our products and services to nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for qualified leads, showcasing the value proposition of our software products and ERP solutions and addressing any questions or objections they may have.
  • Work closely with account executives and sales managers to transition qualified leads into sales opportunities, ensuring a seamless handoff and alignment on next steps.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and refine lead generation tactics accordingly.

 


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B technology company or related industry, with a track record of success in lead generation and pipeline management.Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools for lead tracking and management.Regional exposure or familiarity with markets in Egypt and the Gulf region is preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential clients over the phone, email, and other channels.
