We are searching for an enthusiastic and innovative Senior System Engineer to work on our Services Delivery Team supporting and implementing Cloud, and Infrastructure services.

Main Responsibilities:
- Presenting and demonstrating the IaaS/PaaS, and core Infrastructure services to customers.
- Investigating and resolving application functionality-related issues and providing first and second-level support and troubleshooting.
- Provide status reports to the Project Manager.
- Understand project requirements and follow the direction of control design.
- Effectively collaborate with team members for successful implementation.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Build scope of work/low-level technical scope based on the business requirements.
- Deliver technical implementation and solution design within the IaaS/PaaS, and core infrastructure services.
- Assist customers with migrating legacy applications to a cloud-optimized architecture.
- Provide support and troubleshooting to IaaS/PaaS and Infrastructure services portfolio.
- Provide training and onboarding to existing and new customers on how to use the get the maximum benefits of the solutions.
- Improving the overall customer experience serving as the customer advocate within Data Drift IT and playing a key role in assisting our clients to maximize their investment in Technology.
- Provide the following services: Proactive Services: Services that promote customer health through Risk Assessments, Health Checks, or other similar offerings.
- Workshops and Training: Deliver technical training for customer knowledge transfer and for helping customers to consume their products and services.
- Deliver technical process documentation.
- Assist in representing Data Drift IT in any form (i.e. seminars, technical or marketing, conferences events)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.At least, 3-5 years of proven working experience in building and interacting with networking and various systems.Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory 2012 R2, 2016, 2019, and 2022. Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2016/ 2013 / 2010 server, Mail Flow, Exchange Online, Client connectivity (On-prem and cloud), Device management, Load balancing, Authentication and Hybrid Identity technologies. Good Knowledge of migration of Exchange customers to Office 365 and end-to-end support and troubleshooting knowledge of Exchange Online and Office 365 Hybrid solutions.Knowledge of Microsoft Server features (ADFS – DFS – RMS – WSUS – WDS – CA – IIS).Experience in AD Security (GPO, AD backup and recovery, security practices, and AD health check). Additional skills in Exchange Online Protection and antigen/Forefront Protection for Exchange are preferable.Good Knowledge in Virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V, VMWare).Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
