- Review condition monitoring (CM) data for all machines being monitored.
- Ensure effective utilization of various fluid analysis techniques & ensure revision of the findings are carried out extensively, consulting senior supervisors / planning managers where applicable.
- Provide clear trends analysis for each machine compartment.
- Generate reports for urgent maintenance requirements (exception reports).
- Maintain an equipment health dashboard, monitoring all condition activities and highlighting “At Risk” components prior to failure.
- Provide parts lists for critical components.
- Add data to wear trend reports for undercarriage and ground engaging tools (GET) where appropriate and supplied by the site.
- Provide reports on machine abuse, fuel theft incidents.
- Assist with CM and technology set up on sites.
- Initiate contact with site contacts upon identifying critical machine trends.
- Provide monthly reports to sites showcasing CM trends.
- Offer health and product summary reports where applicable.
- Present monthly summaries of critical issues identified to site management.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop site performance reporting.
- Update long-term change-out plans for components and undercarriage.
- Conduct online training for staff on relevant aspects such as SOS sampling and inspections.
- Provide recommendations for hardware and software deployment.
- Assist with information and troubleshooting regarding various software and hardware such as but not limited to payload management, grade control and compactions control.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering / business administration or Data Analysis.Min. 2 years of experience in data analysis, database management & reporting.Problem-solving skills.Performance management skills.Conflict management skills.
