Indoor Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a retail or office environment to promote and sell products/services.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services to meet those needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and address any concerns.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s sales system.
Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer service.
Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events as required.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or indoor sales environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate product features and benefits.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proficiency in using sales systems and Microsoft Office suite.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work independently.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
