• Effectively communicate with Russian-speaking guests to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized assistance throughout their visit.
• Manage table seating and reservations to optimize guest satisfaction and ensure efficient table turnover.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, and assist in resolving any guest inquiries or concerns.
• Contribute to the overall ambiance of the establishment by creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for all guests.
