Charterhouse is working with a renowned facilities management company who are based in Qatar and are looking to recruit multiple Project Managers, to expand their team. This role offers a great opportunity to join a growing facilities management division within the Middle East.

About the role

The Project Manager will provide leadership and direction to the team, as well as supervise subcontractors and manage customer relationships as per the set KPI’s and will oversee operational goals, financial targets and HSEQ guidelines. With several clients spanning across the region, the Project Manager will have the opportunity to work with multiple teams across the business, managing all the operations associated with the delivery of soft and hard service projects.

The Project Manager will manage a KPI-driven business, where exceptional service delivery, aligning with corporate values and policies, is the norm. Maximizing operational performance through the introduction of new technologies and the application of best industry practices is essential for this role. This position offers significant growth and progression, along with the opportunity to train and supervise junior employees.

About you

To be considered for this role, a University degree in Facilities Management/Hotel Management/Business Management or a similar demonstrated education standard is mandatory.

Our client is looking for Project Managers who possess both soft and hard service experience. Therefore, ideal candidates will have 10+ years of experience working in a Project Manager role with extensive exposure to tracking, planning, and maintenance management. Previous experience working as service provider along with excellent communication skills in English is essential.
