Responsibilities:


- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and effective telesales techniques.


- Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, etc.


- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their HR needs and offering tailored solutions.


- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential areas for business expansion.


- Collaborate with sales and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:


Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Skills

Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.


- Excellent proficiency in English AND Tagalog is mandatory


- Proven experience in business development or telesales (Services).


- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
