Telesales Executive – Female

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce company products or services and generate sales leads.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers in a persuasive manner.
Listen to customer needs and concerns, address their inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, advertisements, or referrals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales strategies and achieve company objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors’ activities to better position company products in the market.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the UAE market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection professionally.
Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
