Job Description:

• Responsible for various tasks such as Shopify storefront development, customer support, marketing initiatives, and more.
• Provide assistance to merchants through Shopify's official channels, including help documentation, support tickets, and community forums.
• Collaborate with our marketing and sales team to implement and drive eCommerce strategies.
• Implement and manage Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic and conversions, analyze data from Shopify and Google Analytics to refine online strategies, and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility.
• Work with UX and UI Designers to translate technical concepts into user-friendly web experiences and handle technical issues related to web development and integration of different tools.

Skills

Qualifications:

• Male, 35 years old and below
• At least 2 years of experience as a Shopify Expert.
• Knowledge in Shopify and other e-commerce tools and social media platforms.
• Experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
