Sr. Project Coordinator of Brand Photography

At Vistaprint, we believe best-in-class Photography and Project Management are critical to maximizing our Marketing and Creative team’s output and impact. We are looking for a Project Management Specialist reporting to our Program Manager of Brand Photography to support day-to-day project management for photography projects within Marketing.

What You Will Do*:

Support Sr. Program Manager of Brand on day-to-day management of project timelines, tracking, milestones and photography deliverables for Go-To-Market Campaigns, Brand Creative and Performance Marketing projects Main point of contact accountable for timeliness of all Product Design through Post-Production milestones. Facilitate weekly and quarterly sessions with Retouching partners, including project forecast alignment, proactive status inquiries/updates, information-gathering, recaps and cross-functional communication. Owner of the Brand Photo Team’s company managed Jira board Collaborate with Creative Project Managers on project status, documentation and optimizations of the creative process with photography Coordinate key meetings throughout the photography process, including project kick-offs, status touchpoints, and alignment meetings as needed. Maintain Production Calendar documentation and select details of all projects in progress with the Brand Photo Team for Photography In-Camera and Retouching requests. Own tracking project data and trends. Partner with Creative Resource Manager on creative resource assignments for photography projects requiring design support.

Your Qualifications*:

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for process and creative excellence. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
3+ years of experience in project management or photography at an agency or in-house at a global brand preferred. Track record of detail-oriented, highly organized coordination of a high volume of projects. Experience working with creative and / or Marketing teams; basic understanding of photography, creative and go-to-market processes and Project Management’s role within them. Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally to keep projects and partners on track. Technology software savvy; familiar with or able to easily pick up on communication and project management tools such as Slack, Outlook, JIRA and Figma.
