Your Role

At Chalhoub, we express everything that is exceptional and unique. As a Fashion Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving individual and overall sales targets while providing an exceptional guest experience and ensuring support in managing customer relations, customer experiences, and other key customer and employee-related initiatives in the store. In your role, we expect you to perform the following tasks:

• Work on collecting data on customer behavior, top-selling products, and slow-moving products, which will be a key component in business operations reviews.
• Strengthen customer relationships through a comprehensive, omnichannel approach.
• Provide feedback and information regarding the product to the customer prior to purchase.
• Enhance employee loyalty indicators through initiatives, culture, and employee experiences.
• Ensure adherence to visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure that the Click and Collect process is conducted according to service level agreements.
• Ensure customer data is obtained according to the marketing team's requirements.
• Promote the customer loyalty program (MUSE) and stay updated on app offers, etc.
• Provide support regarding in-store marketing events.
• Keep up with all social media activities and campaigns for our brand.
• Boost in-store sales.
• Support in-store customer experience initiatives.
• Communicate feedback regarding what is working and what is not within the store.
  
  

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience in sales or customer service with luxury retail brands is preferred.
