Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Fleet Senior Coordinator/Fleet Compound Admin to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves coordinating daily fleet operational activities, monitoring service requests, and ensuring timely resolution of incidents to maintain uninterrupted transportation services. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Fleet Senior Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and supporting the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring vehicles are available and deployed efficiently. This includes managing service requests, addressing breakdowns, and coordinating with various teams to minimize vehicle downtime and ensure compliance with operational and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operational activities, including vehicle availability and deployment support, to ensure continuous transportation services.
• Monitor fleet service requests, breakdown reports, and incidents to ensure prompt follow-up and resolution.
• Liaise with maintenance teams, workshops, and service providers regarding vehicle servicing and repair status to reduce downtime.
• Track fleet utilization, availability, and operational issues to identify gaps and support corrective actions.
• Prepare fleet operational logs, summaries, and performance trackers to ensure accurate reporting and visibility.
• Support the implementation of fleet operational plans and schedules in coordination with Fleet Operations and Transportation teams.
• Guide fleet coordinators and clerks on procedures, reporting requirements, and escalation protocols to ensure consistent execution.
• Communicate operational updates, constraints, and resolutions to drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and service continuity.
• Apply fleet operating procedures, safety guidelines, and governance standards during all coordination activities to ensure compliance and audit readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a related administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex operational activities.
• Experience in monitoring service requests and managing incident resolution.
• Proficiency in preparing operational logs and performance reports.
