The Role

Shory is seeking a Business Analyst to join its team in Riyadh, Riyadh Region. This full-time role involves bridging business needs with technology solutions by analyzing requirements, optimizing processes, and translating strategic objectives into scalable digital solutions. The Business Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and business initiatives throughout the product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies to identify business opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications for development teams.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, UX/UI Designers, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate operational, financial, and technology-related risks, providing recommendations for mitigation.
• Support the creation of wireframes, prototypes, process diagrams, and workflow documentation.
• Produce and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, use cases, process maps, sequence diagrams, scope documents, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Support project planning by tracking milestones, maintaining issue logs, monitoring progress, and keeping documentation up to date.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Collaborate with QA teams during testing cycles and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Monitor product performance post-implementation, gather user feedback, and recommend enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis. The role requires a professional who can effectively align business objectives with technological solutions and manage requirements across the product development lifecycle.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of business initiatives and product development.
