نبحث عن استشاري Ping Identity ذو خبرة لدعم وتنفيذ وتحسين حلول إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM) للمؤسسات باستخدام منصة Ping Identity. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح المثالي خبرة عملية قوية في تسجيل الدخول الموحد (SSO)، والمصادقة متعددة العوامل (MFA)، والمصادقة التكيفية، وحوكمة الوصول، وإدارة دورة حياة الهوية داخل بيئات المؤسسات الكبيرة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة ودعم حلول Ping Identity بما في ذلك PingOne وPingFederate وPingID وPingAccess وPingDirectory
- إدارة عمليات دورة حياة المستخدم بما في ذلك الإلحاق، والإنهاء، وتعديلات الوصول
- تنفيذ وصيانة تسجيل الدخول الموحد (SSO)، والاتحاد، وخدمات المصادقة الآمنة
- تهيئة ودعم المصادقة متعددة العوامل (MFA) والمصادقة بدون كلمة مرور
- تصميم وإدارة سياسات المصادقة التكيفية القائمة على المخاطر
- تنفيذ وإدارة نماذج التحكم في الوصول القائمة على الأدوار (RBAC) والقائمة على السمات (ABAC)
- دمج تطبيقات المؤسسات مع حلول IAM باستخدام SAML وOAuth وOpenID Connect
- مراقبة سجلات المصادقة والوصول، ودعم متطلبات الامتثال والتدقيق
- التحقيق في حوادث أمن IAM وقضايا الوصول وحلها
- أتمتة سير عمل الهوية باستخدام PingOne DaVinci وأدوات التنسيق الأخرى
- ضمان توفر وقابلية التوسع وأمن وأداء منصة IAM
المهارات الأساسية المطلوبة
- 5-8 سنوات من الخبرة العملية في إدارة الهوية والوصول (IAM)
- خبرة قوية في مجموعة Ping Identity (PingOne وPingFederate وPingID وPingAccess وPingDirectory)
- خبرة في SAML 2.0 وOAuth 2.0 وOpenID Connect (OIDC)
- خبرة في تنفيذ حلول تسجيل الدخول الموحد (SSO) والهوية الموحدة
- خبرة عملية في MFA والمصادقة بدون كلمة مرور
- معرفة قوية بالمصادقة التكيفية والقائمة على المخاطر
- خبرة في LDAP وMicrosoft Active Directory
- فهم قوي لنماذج الوصول RBAC وABAC ومبدأ أقل صلاحية
- خبرة في حوكمة IAM والامتثال والتدقيق ومراجعات الوصول
- القدرة على استكشاف أخطاء المصادقة والتفويض وقضايا الهوية وإصلاحها
المهارات الإضافية (ميزة إضافية)
- خبرة في تنسيق PingOne DaVinci وأتمتة سير العمل
- شهادات Ping Identity أو الشهادات ذات الصلة بـ IAM
- خبرة في بيئات AWS أو Azure أو GCP

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Consultant to support, implement, and optimize enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SSO, MFA, adaptive authentication, access governance, and identity lifecycle management within large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support Ping Identity solutions including PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, and PingDirectory
- Manage user lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and access modifications
- Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO), federation, and secure authentication services
- Configure and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication
- Design and manage adaptive/risk-based authentication policies
- Implement and govern RBAC and ABAC access control models
- Integrate enterprise applications with IAM solutions using SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect
- Monitor authentication and access logs, supporting compliance and audit requirements
- Investigate and resolve IAM-related security incidents and access issues
- Automate identity workflows using PingOne DaVinci and other orchestration tools
- Ensure IAM platform availability, scalability, security, and performance
Must-Have Skills
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong experience with Ping Identity Suite (PingOne, PingFederate, PingID, PingAccess, PingDirectory)
- Expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) and Federated Identity solutions
- Hands-on experience with MFA and passwordless authentication
- Strong knowledge of adaptive and risk-based authentication
- Experience with LDAP and Microsoft Active Directory
- Strong understanding of RBAC, ABAC, and least-privilege access models
- Experience with IAM governance, compliance, auditing, and access reviews
- Ability to troubleshoot authentication, authorization, and identity-related issues
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with PingOne DaVinci orchestration and workflow automation
- Ping Identity or other IAM-related certifications
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Knowledge of API Security and Zero Trust Architecture
- Exposure to DevOps, automation, and scripting tools (PowerShell/Python)
- Experience integrating IAM solutions within large enterprise ecosystems
- Previous experience working with Saudi organizations, government entities, or regulated industries
- Experience working with European companies or global multinational organizations
