About the Role:

Organize and assist assigned shift in order to carry out production plans within the agreed time schedule, defined quality standards & budgetary controls. Control and motivate staff to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a bachelor’s degree in chemistry.
• Working knowledge and understanding of ISO 9000.
• 3–5-year experience in supervisory position in poultry or food environment.
• Previous experience in ISO standard.
• Work experience in poultry plant
• Exposure to hygiene standards.
• Flexible nature.
• Strong compliance with rules and regulations.
• Team player.
• Cooperative.
