نحن نبحث عن خبير في الهندسة المدنية للعمل كـ سلطة فنية عبر محفظتنا من مشاريع الطاقة والنفط والغاز والتعدين والمشاريع الصناعية والبنية التحتية في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المسؤوليات
الغرض من الدور الوظيفي
- تقديم القيادة الفنية لتصميم الهندسة المدنية في المنشآت الصناعية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- العمل كـ سلطة فنية للهندسة المدنية عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- العمل كـ مرجع أخير في تصاميم الهندسة المدنية المعقدة.
- يمتلك معرفة واسعة في الهندسة المدنية العامة، وتصميم المرافق تحت الأرض، والأعمال الترابية، وتصميم الطرق.
- حل المشكلات الفنية الحرجة عالية المخاطر خلال مرحلة التصميم.
- تدريب وتوجيه وإرشاد المهندسين المدنيين للارتقاء بالقدرات الفنية للفريق.
المؤهلات
المؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الهندسة ذي الصلة.
- يفضل الحصول على صفة مهندس معتمد/مهندس محترف.
الخبرة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مشاريع النفط والغاز، الطاقة، البتروكيماويات، التعدين أو المشاريع الصناعية.
- خبرة مثبتة كـ سلطة فنية، رئيس مهندسين، استشاري رئيسي، زميل هندسي أو ما يعادل ذلك.

Job Description
We are seeking a Civil SME to serve as the Technical Authority across our portfolio of energy, oil & gas, mining, industrial and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Role Purpose
- Provide technical leadership for civil engineering design on industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Technical Authority for Civil Engineering across multiple projects.
- Serve as the final authority on complex civil engineering designs
- Has extensive knowledge in General Civil Engineering, Underground Utilities Design, Earthworks, Roads design
- Resolve critical, high-risk technical issues during the Design Phase
- Train, mentor, and guide civil engineers to elevate team technical capabilities
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in the relevant Engineering discipline.
- Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, Mining or Industrial projects.
- Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow or equivalent.
