وصف الشركة: شركة بن نويران للتجارة والمقاولات هي شركة مقاولات وتجارة متنوعة تعمل في القطاعات البحرية والصناعية في الخفجي والمناطق المحيطة بها. تدعم الشركة عملاءها بخدمات فنية موثوقة، وعمليات تشغيل السفن البحرية، وحلول الصيانة التي تتيح العمل الآمن والفعال في المياه. تركز بن نويران على تلبية مواصفات العملاء، والالتزام بمعايير السلامة والتنظيمات المعمول بها، وتسليم المشاريع في المواعيد المحددة. يتعاون أعضاء الفريق في بيئة عمل عملية وتطبيقية حيث يتم تقدير الخبرة الفنية وحل المشكلات بشكل استباقي. المؤهلات الأكاديمية والمهنية: الدرجة العلمية والترخيص: درجة بكالوريوس في التكنولوجيا في الهندسة البحرية + رخصة كبير مهندسين بحريين سارية المفعول. الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الخارج. خبرة في الأحواض الجافة للسفن. اللغة: إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية، مع القدرة على قراءة وكتابة الوثائق الفنية بطلاقة. الواجبات والمسؤوليات (فريق الهندسة البحرية) 1. الصيانة والإصلاح والأحواض الجافة: تخطيط وتنظيم والإشراف على إصلاحات السفن وعمليات الفحص ودخول الأحواض الجافة، مع ضمان إعداد تقارير فنية نهائية شاملة. التحقيق في العيوب الفنية وتحليلها، وتنفيذ التدابير الوقائية والتصحيحية في الوقت المناسب. إجراء زيارات منتظمة للسفن وتقييم الحالة المادية لضمان الامتثال والصيانة المناسبة وحل العيوب بشكل سريع. إجراء التجارب البحرية والفحوصات الفنية للسفن المملوكة والمستأجرة حسب الحاجة. 2. الدعم الفني للأسطول والعمليات: الإشراف على كبار المهندسين على متن السفن وتقديم المشورة الفنية المتخصصة والدعم لهم. مراجعة التقارير اليومية والأسبوعية المقدمة من السفن المملوكة للشركة، واتخاذ إجراءات فورية عند الضرورة. الإشراف على استهلاك قطع الغيار، والحفاظ على مخزون محدث لجميع قطع الغيار، وإنشاء طلبات الشراء للصيانة الروتينية ودخول الأحواض الجافة. 3. الامتثال والشهادات والإدارة التنظيمية: مراقبة صلاحية جميع شهادات السفن القانونية وشهادات التصنيف، والتواصل مع هيئات التصنيف، ودول العلم، والسلطات الخارجية للتجديدات في الوقت المناسب قبل انتهاء الصلاحية. مراقبة تصاريح تشغيل السفن ووثائقها، والتنسيق مع السلطات المعنية للتجديدات قبل المواعيد المحددة. 4. تقييم الطاقم والميزانية: مراجعة وتقييم المؤهلات الفنية لأفراد الطاقم قبل الانضمام وبعد إكمال عقود خدمتهم. إعداد وإدارة ومراقبة الميزانية السنوية للصيانة والتشغيل.

Academic & Professional Qualifications Degree & License: Bachelor of Technology Degree in Marine Engineering + valid Chief Marine Engineer License. Experience:Minimum 10 years of overseas experience.experience in Ships Dry Dock . Language: Good command of the English language, with the ability to read and write technical documentation fluently. Duties & Responsibilities (Marine Engineering Team)1. Maintenance, Repair & Dry Docking Plan, organize, and supervise vessel repairs, inspections, and dry dockings, ensuring the preparation of comprehensive final technical reports. Investigate and analyze technical defects, implementing timely preventive and corrective measures. Conduct regular vessel visits and physical condition assessments to ensure compliance, proper maintenance, and prompt defect resolution. Perform sea trials and technical inspections for owned and chartered vessels as required.2. Fleet Technical Support & Operations Supervise and provide expert technical advice and support to Chief Engineers on board. Review daily and weekly reports submitted by company-owned vessels, taking immediate action when necessary. Oversee spare parts consumption, maintain an updated inventory of all spare parts, and create requisitions for routine maintenance and dry docking.3. Compliance, Certification & Regulatory Management Monitor the validity of all vessel statutory and classification certificates, liaising with classification societies, flag states, and external authorities for timely renewals prior to expiration. Monitor vessel operational permits and documents, coordinating with the concerned authorities for renewals ahead of due dates.4. Crew Evaluation & Budgeting Review and evaluate crew members' technical qualifications prior to joining and following the completion of their service contracts. Draw up, manage, and monitor the annual maintenance and operational budget.
