Field Real Estate Marketer Wanted
We are looking for a Field Real Estate Marketer who has a passion for sales and real estate marketing, and knows how to turn opportunities into successful relationships and deals.
We are looking for a proactive, eloquent, and confident individual who does not just wait for the client, but knows how to search for opportunities, build a strong network of relationships, and follow up with clients professionally until the deal is closed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field marketing for real estate properties and projects.
- Searching for new clients and real estate opportunities and attracting them.
- Communicating with owners, investors, and clients and building ongoing relationships with them.
- Showcasing properties and explaining their details and features to clients.
- Organizing and conducting field visits and inspections.
- Following up with potential clients until sales or leasing processes are completed.
- Continuously updating client and property data and tracking opportunities.
- Preparing periodic reports on visits, opportunities, and sales results.
- Monitoring the market, competitors, and new real estate opportunities.
Required Skills:
- High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Eloquent, confident, and proactive personality.
- Ability to build relationships and attract clients.
- High proficiency in follow-up and closing deals.
- Ability to perform field work and achieve targets.
- Good knowledge of Jeddah city and its districts.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs, communication tools, and CRM software.
- Previous experience in real estate marketing or sales is preferred.
- Having a car and a valid driver's license is an added advantage.
