الوصف الوظيفي:
- تولي وإدارة جميع أنشطة تقدير التكاليف قبل وبعد التعاقد؛
- تولي وإدارة جميع أنشطة إعداد جداول الكميات (BOQ)؛
- تولي وإدارة جميع أنشطة المناقصات والترسية؛
- إدارة سجلات الضمانات والتأمينات والكفالات؛
- التقييمات المرحلية وشهادات الدفع؛
- المساعدة في تحليل التغييرات وتقديم التوصيات وإدارتها؛
- إدارة ورش عمل تقييم المخاطر والقيمة؛
- القيام بجميع مهام التحكم في التكاليف؛
- تولي وإدارة جميع أنشطة تحليل التكاليف؛
- المساعدة في تحديد وتحليل وتطوير الاستجابات للمخاطر التجارية؛
- المساعدة في إعداد تقارير التقدم/التكاليف؛
- إعداد التقارير للمدير الإقليمي حول جميع القضايا التجارية؛
- فهم الآثار المترتبة على لوائح الصحة والسلامة؛
- الحضور والتمثيل في الاجتماعات التجارية.
المهارات:
- المعرفة باستخدام برامج مسح الكميات مثل CATO أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛
- إظهار مهارات قوية في التعامل مع الآخرين والتواصل والعرض؛
- امتلاك خلفية جيدة عن المشاريع ومهارات مثبتة في الكتابة التقنية باللغة الإنجليزية.
التعليم:
درجة علمية في مسح الكميات من جامعة معترف بها أو ماجستير في مسح الكميات
Job Description:
-Undertaken and manage all pre and post contract estimating activities;
-Undertake and manage all BOQ production activities;
-Undertake and manage all tendering and award activities;
-Management of bonds, insurances and guarantee logs;
-Interim valuations and payment certificates;
-Assisting in variations analysis, recommendations and management;
-Management of risk and value management workshops;
-Undertaking all cost control functions;
-Undertake and manage all costs analysis activities;
-Assisting in identifying, analysing and developing responses to commercial risks;
-Assisting in preparation of progress / cost reports;
-Reporting to Regional Director on all commercial issues;
-Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations;
-Attendance and representation at commercial meetings.
Skills:
-Knowledge in the use of QS software CATO or similar is required;
-Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
-Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills.
Education:
Degree in Quantity Surveying from recognised University or Masters in Quantity Surveying
