Role: Microsoft Purview DLP Specialist Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Experience: 3–5 years Duration: 4 months Role Overview We are looking for a Microsoft Purview DLP Specialist to design, implement, and manage data protection and classification solutions across the Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities Design and deploy Microsoft Purview DLP policies across endpoints, email, Teams, and cloud applications. Create Document Fingerprinting / Exact Data Match (EDM) classifiers for sensitive business documents. Develop and customize Sensitive Information Types (SITs) and trainable classifiers. Configure Microsoft Intune compliance/configuration policies and integrate with Conditional Access. Manage Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB), including app discovery, risk controls, and shadow IT. Investigate DLP alerts and continuously tune policies to reduce false positives. Support enterprise-wide data classification, sensitivity labeling, and DLP rollouts. Use Microsoft Graph/API for automation and reporting where required. Document configurations, policies, and procedures for audit and handover.
Must-Have3–5 years in Microsoft 365 Security/Compliance, including 2+ years hands-on with Microsoft Purview. Proven production experience implementing Purview DLP. Hands-on Document Fingerprinting/EDM experience. Experience creating/customizing SITs and trainable classifiers. Strong Intune + Conditional Access experience. Hands-on Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps (CASB) experience. At least one end-to-end DLP/data classification rollout.
