To maintain, organize, and supervise all technical aspects related to RIS/PACS systems and integrations, ensuring smooth operations of the IT infrastructure across designated Fakeeh Care entities, and providing adequate end-user technical support as needed. Key Responsibilities and Duties: Manage all technical issues related to the proper functioning of RIS/PACS servers, system integrations, workstations, and physicians referral portals. Perform daily preventive maintenance for critical areas to ensure RIS/PACS and integrated systems meet business needs. Maintain and update user lists on the RIS, including radiologists, technicians, receptionists, typists, and clinicians. Schedule periodic maintenance and upgrades with Siemens in coordination with the System Integration Manager, Radiology Department Director, and administration. Ensure daily backups of PACS/RIS are completed and daily/weekly tape changes are performed on time. Additionally ensures High Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions are in-sync, ready and optimized. Demonstrate new techniques, equipment, and procedures to staff. Provide basic support for end-user applications, including HIS, software, email, antivirus, internet, and desktop applications, resolving issues until completion. Install and configure systems, HIS applications, software, and hardware, including computers, printers, access points, and peripheral devices. Prepare operating systems for computers by installing Windows OS and desktop applications. Assess user needs and business requirements related to end-user tasks and create assessment reports. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience:
PACS Administrator: 0 2 years of experience in PACS administration or a related role.
Senior PACS Administrator: Minimum of 3 years of experience in PACS administration or a related role.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Language:
Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications:
Professional certifications (e.g., CIIP, PACS Administrator Certification) are highly desirable.
