Design Manager – Infrastructure & Masterplanning. Salary up 45,000 SAR
I am working on a search for an experienced Senior Design Manager to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure, masterplanning and urban development projects in Saudi Arabia.
The position will involve managing major multidisciplinary projects from concept through detailed design, tender and construction support.
You will coordinate teams across infrastructure, masterplanning, architecture, utilities, transport, landscape and environmental design, while acting as a key point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities• Lead the design management and delivery of large-scale multidisciplinary projects• Manage project programmes, resources, deliverables, budgets and design interfaces• Coordinate internal design teams, subconsultants, contractors and external stakeholders• Act as a key client interface and lead project reporting and communication• Oversee design quality, technical coordination and compliance with authority requirements• Lead design reviews, technical workshops, value engineering and design optimisation• Manage project risks, scope changes, variations and change-control processes• Support project directors with commercial performance and resource planning• Mentor project teams and encourage effective collaboration across disciplines• Support proposals, tenders, methodologies and business development activities
Required Experience• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or a related discipline• At least 12 years’ relevant experience• Significant design management experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy• Strong experience across infrastructure, masterplanning and urban development projects• Experience managing projects from concept through detailed design and tender• Strong project leadership, technical coordination and client-facing capabilities• Saudi Arabian or wider GCC experience is highly desirable• Experience delivering industrial cities, mixed-use developments or major infrastructure programmes would be a strong advantage

المسؤوليات الرئيسية: • قيادة إدارة التصميم وتسليم المشاريع الكبيرة متعددة التخصصات • إدارة برامج المشاريع، والموارد، والمخرجات، والميزانيات، وواجهات التصميم • تنسيق فرق التصميم الداخلية، والاستشاريين الفرعيين، والمقاولين، وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين • العمل كواجهة رئيسية للعميل وقيادة إعداد تقارير المشروع والتواصل • الإشراف على جودة التصميم، والتنسيق الفني، والامتثال لمتطلبات الجهات المختصة • قيادة مراجعات التصميم، وورش العمل الفنية، وهندسة القيمة، وتحسين التصميم • إدارة مخاطر المشروع، وتغييرات النطاق، والتعديلات، وعمليات التحكم في التغيير • دعم مديري المشاريع في الأداء التجاري وتخطيط الموارد • توجيه فرق المشروع وتشجيع التعاون الفعال عبر مختلف التخصصات • دعم المقترحات، والمناقصات، والمنهجيات، وأنشطة تطوير الأعمال.
الخبرة المطلوبة: • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو التخطيط الحضري، أو تخصص ذي صلة • خبرة لا تقل عن 12 عاماً في مجال ذي صلة • خبرة كبيرة في إدارة التصميم داخل شركة استشارية متعددة التخصصات • خبرة قوية في مشاريع البنية التحتية، والتخطيط الحضري، والتطوير العمراني • خبرة في إدارة المشاريع من مرحلة المفهوم حتى التصميم التفصيلي والمناقصة • قدرات قوية في قيادة المشاريع، والتنسيق الفني، والتعامل المباشر مع العملاء • يفضل بشدة من لديه خبرة سابقة في المملكة العربية السعودية أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي • ستكون الخبرة في تسليم المدن الصناعية، أو التطويرات متعددة الاستخدامات، أو برامج البنية التحتية الكبرى ميزة قوية.
