Role Overview

The IT Talent Acquisition Specialist / IT Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting technical talent. This role involves managing the recruitment process for IT positions within the company, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit technical talent for various IT roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial screening to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in Technical Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.
• Experience in permanent recruitment processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
