About the Role

Napco National is seeking a TRUCK SKILLED DRIVER to join their team in Khamis Mushayt, 'Asir. This full-time position involves the safe and efficient transfer of goods to designated destinations, alongside managing vehicle maintenance and customer interactions. The role requires 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor loading and unloading activities in accordance with the loading manifest.
• Transfer goods to their designated destinations efficiently and safely.
• Ensure customer invoices are stamped and returned to the Customer Service Department (CSD).
• Report all customer complaints to the superior and recommend potential solutions.

Vehicle Maintenance and Scheduling

• Schedule regular truck service appointments and report any operational issues promptly.
• Book truck wash and detailing services to maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Perform monthly maintenance tasks for the truck, including cleaning, changing oil, and replacing filters.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience as a truck driver.
• Demonstrated ability to monitor loading/unloading activities accurately.
• Proficiency in performing basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

Work Environment
