تبحث مجموعة الورق السعودية عن مدير لسلسلة التوريد للمجموعة لقيادة وتحسين عمليات سلسلة التوريد الخاصة بالشركة. هذا المنصب بدوام كامل ويقع في الدمام بالمنطقة الشرقية، ويتطلب محترفاً يتمتع بخبرة واسعة في إدارة وظائف سلسلة التوريد المعقدة.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
- إدارة والإشراف على جميع عمليات سلسلة التوريد للمجموعة، بما في ذلك التخطيط، والمشتريات، والخدمات اللوجستية، والتخزين، والنقل، والتخليص الجمركي.
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسياسات وإجراءات وخطط تشغيلية لسلسلة التوريد بما يتماشى مع الأهداف الاستراتيجية للمجموعة.
- ضمان توافر المواد الخام ومستلزمات الإنتاج والمنتجات النهائية في الوقت المناسب مع الحفاظ على الجودة المطلوبة واستمرارية الإمداد.
- إدارة أنشطة المشتريات وعلاقات الموردين، وضمان أسعار تنافسية، ومعايير الجودة، والموردين المعتمدين، والتسليم في الوقت المحدد.
- الإشراف على إدارة المخزون والمستودعات، بما في ذلك مستويات المخزون الدنيا والقصوى، والتخزين المناسب، ودقة المخزون، والاستخدام الفعال لسعة المستودعات.
- مراقبة وتحسين عمليات الخدمات اللوجستية والنقل، وضمان التوزيع الفعال، والتحكم في التكاليف، والاستخدام الفعال للموارد المتاحة.

الخبرة المطلوبة

About the Role
Saudi Paper Group is seeking a Group Supply Chain Director to lead and optimize the company's supply chain operations. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and requires a professional with extensive experience in managing complex supply chain functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all Group Supply Chain operations, including planning, procurement, logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customs clearance.
- Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies, policies, procedures, and operational plans aligned with the Group’s strategic objectives.
- Ensure the timely availability of raw materials, production supplies, and finished products while maintaining required quality and continuity of supply.
- Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships, ensuring competitive pricing, quality standards, approved suppliers, and timely delivery.
- Oversee inventory and warehouse management, including minimum and maximum stock levels, proper storage, inventory accuracy, and efficient utilization of warehouse capacity.
- Monitor and optimize logistics and transportation operations, ensuring efficient distribution, cost control, and effective utilization of available resources.
- Monitor Supply Chain performance, costs, risks, and operational efficiency, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead and develop the Supply Chain team, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, budgets, and applicable regulations, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Experience
Candidates for this role must possess over 10 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, demonstrating a proven track record in overseeing comprehensive supply chain operations.
