madapremier is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, specifically in the Al-Aqiq area. This full-time role focuses on lead generation and property marketing, with an experience requirement ranging from two to five years in the field.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Generating potential leads interested in real estate.
• Marketing available properties across various marketing platforms.
• Effective communication and continuous follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction.
• Arranging property visits and converting them into successful sales or rental deals.
• Commitment to set targets and the established action plan.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the field of real estate marketing.
• High proficiency in communication and persuasion with various client segments.
• Seriousness and commitment in performing tasks and achieving goals.

Work Environment and Location

This full-time job opportunity is available in Riyadh, specifically in the Al-Aqiq area. Preference in hiring will be given to candidates residing in Northern Riyadh.

Compensation

The compensation system at the current stage is based on commission only, which will be determined during the personal interview. There is a possibility to transition to a system combining a fixed salary and commission later, based on performance and evaluation.
