Required for a real estate development and investment company

Electromechanical Engineer with the following requirements: -

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electromechanical) from an accredited public university.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP construction projects and real estate development.

· Leadership of work teams, and proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit MEP is preferred).

· Follow-up of site works (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, electrical) and ensuring compliance with specifications.

· Coordination between mechanical, electrical, and civil works, and management of contractors and suppliers.

· Reviewing Shop Drawings and preparing Material Submittals, Method Statements, and RFI documents.

· Quantity surveying, preparation of BOQ and payment applications, and proficiency in project schedules for government and private projects.

· Follow-up of Testing & Commissioning works and commitment to quality and safety standards.

· Addressing technical obstacles on site and making appropriate decisions.

· Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license.

· CV must be submitted in both Arabic and English.

· Salaries are determined based on experience during personal interviews, ranging from 4000 to 6000 Riyals.
