Job Overview

We are looking for a licensed Real Estate Sales Consultant and Marketer to join our distinguished team in Jeddah. You will be responsible for marketing, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties, building strong relationships with clients and investors, and providing specialized real estate consulting to help them make informed investment decisions, while maintaining full compliance with the regulations issued by the General Real Estate Authority.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide specialized real estate consulting to clients and investors and accurately identify their requirements.
• Manage property viewings, negotiations, and lead and close sales and leasing deals successfully.
• Build and expand a strong network of relationships with clients and real estate developers in Jeddah.
• Monitor and analyze real estate trends and price changes to provide appropriate recommendations.
• Full compliance with regulations issued by the General Real Estate Authority and issuance of real estate advertisement licenses.
• Follow up on legal and administrative procedures related to documenting contracts via the Ejar platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

• The applicant must be a Saudi national.
• Hold a valid and accredited FAL license for real estate brokerage and marketing from the General Real Estate Authority.
• Practical experience ranging from 3 to 5 years in real estate sales and marketing, preferably in the Jeddah area.
• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market in Jeddah and applicable real estate regulations.
• A proven track record of achieving sales targets and successfully closing deals.

Required Skills

• High negotiation, persuasion, and effective communication skills with clients.
• Proficiency in using real estate platforms such as the General Real Estate Authority platform, Ejar, and modern digital marketing tools.
• Excellent ability to build and manage public relations and long-term client relationships.
• High organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively under work pressure.
• Proficiency in Arabic, with a good level of English.
