• Lead and manage land development and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and completion.

• Manage land subdivision, site development, earthworks, roads, paving and infrastructure works.

• Coordinate and oversee telecom, electrical, utility and related infrastructure works.

• Coordinate with municipalities, government authorities, consultants, clients and subcontractors.

• Review drawings, plans, quantities, technical requirements and project specifications.

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations and tender pricing.

• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources and site activities.

• Negotiate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to achieve project objectives.

• Identify project risks, resolve technical and site issues, and ensure timely project delivery.

• Supervise project teams and coordinate engineers, surveyors, subcontractors and site personnel.

• Participate in business development, project opportunities and client negotiations.

• Support recruitment and selection of technical and project staff when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.

• 5–10 years of proven experience in project management and construction.

• Strong experience in land development, land subdivision and infrastructure projects.

• Practical experience in roads, paving, earthworks and site development.

• Good understanding of telecom, electrical and utility infrastructure.

• Experience dealing with municipalities, government authorities, consultants and clients in Saudi Arabia.

• Strong skills in project planning, cost estimation, tendering and project execution.

• Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple contractors and project teams.

• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.

• Arabic-speaking candidate is preferred.

• Must be able to work on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
