Job Overview

We are looking for an ambitious trainee lawyer who is passionate about the legal field.
Participate in preparing legal memoranda, drafting contracts, and following up on cases before the various courts and judicial committees in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research and studies, and analyze regulations, bylaws, and decisions related to the cases presented.
  • Review and draft initial versions of contracts and agreements, and ensure their compliance with Saudi regulations.
  • Attend judicial hearings and litigate in accordance with rules and regulations.
  • Follow up on transactions and cases with courts, the Ministry of Justice, government agencies, and quasi-judicial committees.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to collect the necessary information and documents to support case files.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Regulations, or Sharia from an accredited university.
  • Possession of a trainee lawyer card from the Saudi Ministry of Justice (or meeting the requirements to obtain one).
  • A good understanding of the judicial system, labor law, and commercial regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Proficiency in dealing with electronic justice platforms (such as the Najiz platform, Moeen portal, and enforcement).
