The Mandate Sole clinical continuity for an elderly Principal chronic condition monitoring, medication governance, mobility and falls prevention, nutrition oversight and structured escalation to the attending physician. The appointed nurse is the constant in the care team.
Clinical Environment A residential medical suite within a private estate, equipped to the standard of a high-dependency room. Visiting consultants attend the residence; the nurse coordinates that access and holds the clinical record.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Nursing degree from a Tier-1 Western institution
- Registration in a Tier-1 Western system NMC, NMBI, North America, Oceania, or Western and Northern Europe
- Substantive geriatric, private duty or high-dependency experience
- Demonstrated discretion in confidential environments
- Fluent English
