Job Title:Real Estate Leasing Specialist
We are looking for a Real Estate Leasing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate leasing, tenant relations, and achieving occupancy and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:Market and lease available properties and units to potential tenants. Attract new tenants and follow up with prospective clients throughout the leasing process. Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and conditions. Prepare, review, and follow up on lease agreements and renewals. Monitor vacant units and contribute to improving occupancy rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients. Prepare periodic reports on leasing activities, occupancy rates, and available opportunities. Monitor real estate market trends, rental rates, and competitors. Coordinate with relevant departments to complete leasing procedures. Requirements:Previous experience in real estate leasing or property management. Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills. Good knowledge of the real estate market. Target-oriented with the ability to work effectively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting.
