Role Description The Primary Math Teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate mathematics lessons to primary school learners in Jeddah. This full-time, on-site role includes planning and implementing daily lesson plans, explaining mathematical concepts in clear and accessible ways, and using a variety of teaching methods to support different learning styles. The teacher will assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and exams, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of achievement. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues on curriculum implementation, participating in school meetings and professional development, communicating with parents or guardians about student progress, and supporting a positive, safe classroom environment that aligns with school policies.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Mathematics and Mathematics Education appropriate for primary school levels. Proven experience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for primary mathematics. Status as a Qualified Teacher with relevant teaching certification or license. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics Education, or a closely related field. Experience teaching primary or elementary school students, preferably in mathematics. Ability to explain concepts clearly, manage classrooms effectively, and support diverse learners. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and families.
