Key Responsibilities:• Prepare and manage technical and financial proposals for tenders and RFQs.• Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and scope of work.• Coordinate with technical, commercial, procurement, and project teams to develop competitive bids.• Prepare cost estimates, pricing, rate analysis, and financial offers.• Identify project requirements, risks, exclusions, and commercial conditions.• Prepare method statements, technical submissions, compliance statements, and other tender documentation.• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations and pricing.• Ensure tender submissions are complete, accurate, and submitted within deadlines.• Maintain proper records of tender documents and submitted proposals. Requirements:✅ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in tendering / estimation / proposal preparation.✅ Experience in construction and engineering projects is preferred.✅ Strong knowledge of technical and financial proposal preparation.✅ Good understanding of BOQ, cost estimation, pricing, and rate analysis.✅ Strong skills in MS Excel and MS Office.✅ Good communication and coordination skills.✅ Ability to work under tight tender deadlines.
