Skills we’re looking for

We’re seeking a practical production engineer, not just an AutoCAD drafter; someone who understands how design is transformed from a plan to a piece cut, assembled, finished, and installed on site, and who can issue drawings that carpenters and the production team can rely on directly without assumptions or missing information.

The priority is given to candidates with hands-on experience in woodworking plants who can present samples of previous Shop Drawings / Production Drawings they prepared.
