We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile delivery and support project teams in successfully delivering digital and technology projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Scrum practices, team facilitation, stakeholder communication, and project delivery.

• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass scope, timeline, resources, and risk management strategies tailored to the project's unique challenges.

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure continuous improvement and team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management, preferably within software development or IT infrastructure.
• PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable, showcasing your commitment to industry best practices.
• Experience in managing projects within a specific industry, such as finance, healthcare, or telecommunications, to understand sector-specific challenges.
