الملف المرغوب للمترشح
- حد أدنى شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها؛ ويفضّل وجود درجة في إدارة الضيافة.
- إمتلاك شهادات ذات صلة في التنظيف أو الضيافة يُفضل بشدة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3-5 سنوات في دور التنظيف ضمن صناعة الضيافة ووجود خبرة إشرافية.
- إظهار القدرة على القيادة والتحفيز وتطوير فريق متنوع.
Supports the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, supervising and training the team, inspecting rooms and common areas, managing linen and supplies, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene, and maintaining exceptional five-star luxury service standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is advantageous.
- Possession of relevant housekeeping or hospitality certifications is highly preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of progressive experience in a housekeeping role within the hospitality industry, with supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
