The Opportunity

We are looking for a Driving Instructor To ensure accident free defensive driving by all users of company vehicles/MHE by successful staff selection, induction, assessment, training and development on an on-going basis.  

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field 
• 1-2 years of experience as Driving & MHE Instructor.
• Certified Driving & MHE Instructor.
• to conduct trade tests for new employees as part of the selection process
• control induction of all new drivers - MHE operators ensuring effective completion prior to authorization of driving poultry vehicles
• To personally provide MHE Training Programs

• Excellent communications skills verbal and write in English
• Action Oriented, Plans and Aligns, Communicates Effectively
•  Self-Awareness, Technical knowledge, Operational knowledge
• Quality Standards Knowledge; Health & Safety Knowledge.
