We Are Hiring: Operations Manager with Luxury Retail Experience

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and strengthen the daily operations of our luxury retail businesses.

This is a senior managerial role for someone who can lead teams, establish structure, improve performance, and ensure that every operational detail reflects the standards of a luxury brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail, inventory, logistics, warehouse, and operational teams

• Define responsibilities, set priorities, delegate tasks, and follow up on execution

• Establish clear procedures, reporting systems, and performance standards

• Monitor team productivity and conduct regular performance evaluations

• Recruit, train, guide, and develop team members

• Manage daily operations across multiple brands, locations, or departments

• Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand presentation

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock movement, replenishment, transfers, returns, and stock counts

• Coordinate purchasing, suppliers, imports, deliveries, installations, and warehouse activities

• Monitor sales performance, budgets, operating expenses, and operational targets

• Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical solutions

• Coordinate product launches, seasonal collections, events, and promotional campaigns

• Work closely with senior management, finance, sales, marketing, and creative teams

• Prepare regular management reports covering sales, stock, costs, logistics, team performance, and operational challenges

• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health and safety requirements

Candidate profile

• Proven management experience in luxury retail

• Strong leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and multiple priorities

• Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory control, logistics, and customer service

• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of luxury client expectations

• Exceptional organization and attention to detail

• Confident communication and reporting skills

• Perfect command of both English and Arabic is essential

• Available to start immediately

• Willing and ready to relocate to Riyadh
