Role Overview: Steward

Four Seasons Hotels (KSA) is seeking a dedicated Steward to join the team at the Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea. This full-time position is crucial for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and sanitation within the kitchen and back-of-house areas, ensuring compliance with Four Seasons’ luxury service and safety expectations. The Steward will primarily support operations at Vivi, a beachfront restaurant located in Umluj and Al Wajh, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, storage, and waste areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Support the kitchen team by maintaining a steady supply of clean items during service periods.
• Manage waste disposal and recycling processes in accordance with environmental and hygiene standards.
• Adhere to HACCP and all health and safety guidelines at all times.
• Assist with basic kitchen tasks as required to support overall operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous stewarding or cleaning experience within a hospitality environment is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• A team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
