Role Summary: Guest Experience Agent Telephones

The Guest Experience Agent Telephones is a full-time position responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing telephone communications within the hotel. This role ensures efficient call direction to appropriate departments or guests, maintaining clear and professional communication standards to support seamless hotel operations in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and handle all incoming and outgoing telephone calls promptly and professionally.
• Transfer calls efficiently to the appropriate departments, guests, or staff.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to guests and callers regarding hotel services and facilities.
• Operate and monitor the hotel’s PBX/switchboard system at all times.
• Manage wake-up calls, message taking, and call forwarding requests.
• Record and relay messages accurately to guests and departments.
• Update and maintain call logs and communication records.

Communication and Operational Standards

• Maintain clear and courteous communication standards in all interactions.
• Support internal communication between hotel departments.
• Follow hotel communication protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure smooth and uninterrupted telephone service operations.
• Maintain professionalism and calmness during high-volume or emergency situations.
• Assist with emergency communication procedures when required.
• Report any system faults or communication issues to the IT department.
• Ensure guest privacy and confidentiality of all information.

Experience and Attributes

Candidates for this role should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The position requires individuals who can demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure and professionalism in a dynamic environment.

This full-time position is based in Saudi Arabia, contributing to FAENA's expansion and the establishment of FAENA The Red Sea.
