We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer Manager to join our team and oversee the execution of projects on-site. The role will be responsible for supervising construction activities, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring technical quality, and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Manage and monitor the day-to-day execution of construction activities at project sites. Supervise finishing and interior design works, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications. Review, coordinate, and follow up on plans and shop drawings, ensuring proper implementation on-site. Supervise Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems and ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and approved designs. Review and coordinate project maps, layouts, and site plans. Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure that construction activities comply with approved technical specifications and standards. Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Identify technical issues and follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely resolution. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports highlighting progress, technical observations, and site issues. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements at the project site. Supervise site teams and contractors to ensure work is completed according to the approved schedule and required quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections and provide technical guidance as required. Ensure proper documentation of drawings, site instructions, inspections, and project-related technical records.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in construction project supervision and site management.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising site activities, contractors, and project teams.
- Strong knowledge of finishing, interior works, construction, and MEP coordination.
- Practical experience with Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm Systems is required.
- Proficiency in engineering and design software, particularly AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of reading and interpreting plans, shop drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Valid membership with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
- Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site and conduct regular field inspections in Riyadh.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and contractor management skills.
- Good understanding of construction standards, safety requirements, and project documentation.
