The Opportunity

Qiddiya is seeking a Director Infrastructure Projects (MAS) to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time leadership position involves overseeing multiple infrastructure projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of safety and quality. The Director will leverage their expertise to drive project success and foster collaboration among diverse teams, stakeholders, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of infrastructure projects, coordinating activities to guarantee successful project delivery.
• Manage and mentor project teams, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and adherence to timelines.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective communication and project alignment.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status, challenges encountered, and solutions implemented to senior management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other external partners to facilitate project execution.
• Drive initiatives to enhance safety practices and ensure adherence to quality standards across all project activities.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess a strong background in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience in project leadership and delivery, demonstrating a proven ability to oversee complex initiatives from conception to completion.
