Overview of the Role

Naklin Company is seeking an Accountant to join its team in Khamis Mushait, Asir Region. The role holder will be responsible for managing the company’s daily financial and accounting operations, including document preparation and tracking of revenues and expenses. This is a full-time position requiring experience ranging from two to five years in the accounting field.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, and document disbursement documents, monitor their audit, and authorize disbursement by approved regulatory authorities.
• Monitor, document, and accurately analyze revenue collections.
• Prepare accounting entries and record all financial transactions in the designated ledgers.
• Audit financial claims and ensure they meet legal and financial conditions.

Financial Operations and Reporting

• Audit bank accounts and prepare necessary reconciliations with monthly statement reconciliations.
• Monitor current and capital expenditures according to the monthly budget status.
• Prepare the financial position and monthly summaries, and prepare and organize the annual financial statements.
• Prepare documents and specialized reports in the field of expense and revenue accounting and store them in the dedicated database.

Developing Accounting Methods

The accountant in this role is expected to contribute to developing the accounting methods and procedures used, while keeping up with the ongoing scientific and technological developments in accounting to ensure best financial practices.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Practical experience ranging from two to five years in the accounting field.
• Previous proven experience in station/plant operations.
• Ability to prepare financial reports and analyze data accurately.

Additional Job Details

This is a full-time position in Khamis Mushait, Asir. The monthly salary for this position ranges between SAR 4,500 and 5,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
