Eram Talent is seeking an Industrial Skills Trainer - Computer to join their team in Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. Position Summary

The Industrial Skills Trainer will be responsible for the full lifecycle of technical training, from content development to delivery and assessment. This includes creating workshops, practical exercises, and presentations, with a focus on ensuring effective knowledge transfer and strong participant engagement throughout all training activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, prepare, and deliver technical training programs, courses, workshops, and seminars aligned with organizational training needs and objectives.
• Provide engaging technical learning experiences through practical demonstrations, hands-on activities, case studies, and digital learning methods.
• Create and deliver training content, practical exercises, presentations, and assessments utilizing appropriate learning technologies, virtual platforms, and digital tools.
• Clearly explain complex technical concepts to participants with diverse knowledge levels and technical backgrounds.
• Facilitate classroom and practical training sessions, maintaining high participant engagement and ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
• Adapt training approaches and learning methods to suit participant needs and varying levels of technical understanding.
• Apply strong organizational, time management, problem-solving, classroom management, and adaptability skills during program delivery.
• Address technical challenges and respond effectively to participant requirements during training sessions.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in technical training or a related industrial skills development capacity.
