السعودية. نهدف إلى تمكين الموارد البشرية من خلال تصميم وتنفيذ برامج تدريبية عالية الجودة، وتطوير مهارات الكادر البشري بما يتماشى مع رؤية المملكة 2030 وثقافة الشركة القوية. ستعمل المتدربة ضمن فريق الموارد البشرية وتساهم في تقديم تجربة تعلم احترافية للموظفين والمتدربين.
المسؤوليات والواجبات الرئيسية
- تصميم وتطوير برامج ومواد تدريبية تفاعلية تلبي احتياجات أقسام الشركة وتُعزّز الأداء والنتائج.
- تنفيذ جلسات تدريب مباشرة وعبر منصات افتراضية، مع تقييم نتائج التدريب وتحسين البرامج بناءً على التعليقات والتحليلات.
- إدارة سجل المتدربين وقياس أثر التدريب عبر مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية وتقديم تقارير دورية للإدارة العليا.
- المساعدة في تنسيق برامج التوجيه والتطوير المهني وتوفير الدعم اللازم للموظفين والمتدربين.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات
- درجـة البكالوريوس/الليسانس في الموارد البشرية أو إدارة الأعمال أو تخصص ذو صلة من جامعة معتمدة.
- سنوات خبرة تتراوح من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في مجال الموارد البشرية أو تطوير الموارد البشرية أو تصميم التدريب.
- الموقع: الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. الإقامة والتواجد الفعلي في الرياض أثناء العمل.
- إتقان اللغة العربية و الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة، والقدرة على التواصل الفعّال مع فرق متعددة المستويات.

Company and role overview
In our leading company in the education and professional development sector, we seek to recruit a talented HR Trainer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. We aim to empower human resources by designing and delivering high-quality training programs, and developing the staff’s skills in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the strong company culture. The trainee will work within the HR team and contribute to delivering a professional learning experience for employees and trainees.
Main responsibilities and duties
- Design and develop interactive training programs and materials that meet the needs of company departments and enhance performance and outcomes.
- Conduct in-person training sessions and via virtual platforms, evaluate training results, and improve programs based on feedback and analytics.
- Manage the training records and measure training impact through key performance indicators, and provide periodic reports to senior management.
- Assist in coordinating mentoring and professional development programs and provide necessary support to employees and trainees.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or a related field from an accredited university.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in human resources or HR development or training design.
- Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Residence and physical presence in Riyadh during work.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written, and ability to communicate effectively with multi-level teams.
