Requirements
- Full commitment to working hours and attendance and departure times.
- Ability to deal with children and interact with them positively.
- Patience, flexibility, and the ability to deal with different behaviors.
- Implementation of behavioral plans and programs and accurate data recording.
- Assisting the child with independence and personal care skills as needed.
- Adherence to the instructions of the supervisor and the therapeutic team.
- A cheerful, fun, patient personality, capable of building a positive relationship with the child.
- Ability to work within a team and bear daily work responsibilities.
