About Atmaal and the Role

Atmaal is seeking a Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position focuses on securing the organization's technology environment through robust Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.

Role Overview

The Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management Expert is responsible for the comprehensive management, administration, and enhancement of IAM and PAM platforms. This role ensures secure, controlled, and governed access across the organization’s entire technology landscape, contributing to overall cybersecurity posture.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize IAM and PAM platforms, primarily SailPoint and ARCON.
• Manage identity lifecycle processes, including provisioning, modification, de-provisioning, and access certification.
• Manage privileged accounts, sessions, credential vaulting, password rotation, and related PAM controls.
• Design and implement IAM/PAM integrations across applications, infrastructure, directories, databases, and other IT systems.
• Configure and maintain roles, access profiles, entitlements, workflows, and approval processes.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM/PAM incidents, integration failures, access issues, and technical challenges.
• Monitor platform performance, availability, security, and system health, implementing continuous improvements.
• Support access reviews and certification campaigns to ensure appropriate user and privileged access.
• Identify access-related risks, excessive privileges, orphan accounts, and segregation-of-duties concerns, supporting remediation activities.
• Support IAM/PAM upgrades, enhancements, patches, migrations, and new implementations.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and technology teams to onboard systems and applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, configurations, procedures, and operational standards.
• Support cybersecurity assessments, audits, and regulatory requirements by providing IAM/PAM evidence and remediation support.
• Identify automation and improvement opportunities to strengthen identity governance, privileged access security, and operational efficiency.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role must possess 5 to 10 years of experience in Identity & Access Management and Privileged Access Management. Proficiency with platforms such as SailPoint and ARCON is essential. A strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access certification, and privileged account security is required, alongside the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex IAM/PAM environments.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, working within a dedicated cybersecurity team.
